RAIL TIES: A STORY OF LOVE
Love. It is what unites us throughout time. Whether 1904 or 2022, we all fall in love, experience the ups and downs of relationships, lose the romance in our lives, and, perhaps, find love again. Connected through place, these stories explore the theme of love and its timelessness.
The G2G Rail Trail (previously the Guelph to Goderich Railroad) is a 135 kilometre-long piece of land that is both beautiful and historical. The thought that a person riding a train in 1912 might be feeling the very same emotion as a cyclist in 2012, in the very same place, inspired this series of stories.
All proceeds from the sale of this book go to G2G Rail Trail Inc. to maintain these beloved trails.
